The manufacturer warrants that the system shall be free from defects of workmanship and

materials and will perform in accordance with the product specifi cations for a period of 2
years from the date of sale by GCE, s.r.o. (GCE) or its a liates to the dealer.
Filters, cannula, tubing are not covered under warranty.
Accessories are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 90 days from the time of purchase. If the product fails to perform in accordance with the
product specifi cations, GCE, s.r.o. will repair or replace – at its discretion – the defective
material or part. GCE, s.r.o. will pay customary freight charges from GCE, s.r.o. to the dealer
location only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse,
alteration, and other defects not related to material or workmanship.
GCE, s.r.o. and manufacturer disclaim all liability for economic loss, loss of profi ts, over-
head, or consequential damages which may be claimed to arise from any sale or use of
this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or conse-
quential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty is given in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including the im-
plied warranties of merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose. In addition, in no
event shall the manufacturer and GCE be liable for lost profi ts, loss of good will, or inci-
dental or consequential damages, even if the manufacturer and GCE have been advised
of the possibility of the same. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of limi-
tation of implied warranties or the disclaimer of incidental and consequential damages.
Accordingly, the laws of your state or province may give you additional protections.
To exercise your rights under this warranty, contact your local authorized GCE representa-
tive.
