Setting the Soak Time

NOTE: Before 1 hour only minutes are displayed (36, for
example). At 1 hour or above, the display will change to
include the hour digit (1:13 and 4:00, for example).

Cycle and Soak Situations
Station 1 requires 20 minutes of watering, but after 5 minutes, runoff
occurs. However, after 10 minutes all the water is absorbed. The
solution would be to program 20 minutes for the station run time, 5
minutes for the Cycle time, and 10 minutes for the Soak time.
