V - Configuration

5.1 Operating mode

The clock displays the previously selected operating mode:
Select the operating mode "Cod" and "Afn" (default configuration) with the "+" key.
Note : il s'agit de la configuration usine, il est déconseillé de modifier ces paramètres.
The "Calibration" mode allows the display of the product software version, press the "Select" to
confirm. Display of "88:88» (all LEDs on) and of "VV XX" (ex. 26 80, indicates
a clock version (VV) 2.6 calibrated to the value of (XX) 80). To exit press the «Select»
key.
5.2 Selection of the display
The clock displays "24 H" (from:00 to 23:59) or "12AM" (Anglo-Saxon display
from 1:00 to 12:59).
- The "+" key let you chose between both display modes
Press the "Select" key to validate your choice.
Again with the "+" key,select the desired display among the following
possibilities :
- The current time blinks (for example 20:29). This choice corresponds to the most common
use:display of the time only.
- "31 12» blinks: alternate displays of the time and
date (day - month).
- "12 31» blinks : alternate displays of the time and date (month - day).
- "52» blinks. alternate displays of the time and
week number.
Confirm your choice by pressing once on the "Select" key. This action lets you
exit the configuration menu.
5.3 Configuration and meaning of the LEDS
By default the clock Dips are set on the Multicast address: 239.192.54.1 and on the Eur time zone.
The Style NTP parameter must be set on the same multicast NTP address as that of the network.
The master clock (server) must broadcast the NTP messages ont the Multicast address 239.192.54.1.
The NTP server must have a Poll period of less than 128 seconds.
Purpose of the Leds of the RJ45 connector :
Yellow Led on: Indicate the type of network (ON=100M, OFF=10M)
Green Led blinking indicate that the clock is fed and the network activity.
VI - Technical characteristic
Synchronisation: complies with RFC2030 (SNTP V4), unicast, multicast and by DHCP
Networl connection : (RJ45 Ethernet), 10Base-T/100Base-TX,
Power supply : PoE (Power over Ethernet).
Consumption PoE, 6W
Precision : +/- 100ms with time change automatic summer / winter.
Precision if not synchronized : +/- 0,2s/jour.
Operating temperatures : de 0 °C à +50 °C.
Protection index : IP54, IK07.
Standards compliance : EN 60950, EN 55022 et EN 55024.
Style 5S Hôpital units comply with electromagnetic compatibility directive 2004/108/CE and low
voltage directive 2006/95/CE. These are class A devices. In a domestic environment, these devices
may cause radio interference, in which case the user must take appropriate measures. They are
intended for residential, commercial or light industrial environments. They are compliant with current
European standards.
