SPECIFIC OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION
IMPORTANT: Before plugging in the vacuum packaging machine, carefully read
this instruction manual.
2.3.1
GENERAL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Firstly, make sure the voltage of your electricity supply matches that given on the machine dataplate
(A).
2) Only insert the plug in the power socket and remove it when the machine is switched off:
CAUTION: To provide continued protection against risk of electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlets only.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than other). This plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet
only one way.
When the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. When it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not
change the plug in any way.
Always grip the plug; never pull on the power cord (see Fig. 1).
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO VACUUM PACK LIQUIDS! THE PRODUCT MUST BE CHILLED IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR AT LEAST
2÷3 HOURS, SO THAT IT IS DRY AND COLD. DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE CAUSED BY SUCKING LIQUIDS IS NOT COVERED BY
WARRANTY.
Do not touch the sealing bar (B) after sealing because it becomes very hot.
KEEP THE VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINE OUT OF THE
3) Do not use knives or other sharp utensils to remove any residuals on the sealing bar: always wait until it is cold and use tools that are not sharp
or pointed.
4) For any problems (faulty operation, technical assistance) contact customer service for assistance.
THE SAFETY OF THIS MACHINE IS ONLY GUARANTEED IF THE MACHINE HAS BEEN CORRECTLY EARTHED.
THE MANUFACTURER DECLINES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ELECTRICAL
SAFETY REGULATIONS.
