Maintain the Everest printer
Important! For optimum performance, keep the Everest printer in a clean, dust-free environment.
To keep the Everest printer operating at optimum performance, you must perform routine maintenance.
Maintenance tasks and frequency are described in the table below.
Maintenance schedule
Task
Change the print ribbon
• 3-Color Ribbon (CMY)
• 4-Color Ribbon (CMY+W)
• Black Ribbon (monochrome)
Change the retransfer ribbon
Clean the print head
Clean the tacky rollers
Clean the air filter
Clean the platen roller
Required tools:
Tip: For best results, use the Everest cleaning kit.
