Placing the baffle plate
-
Inside the fuel store (hopper) you will find the boiler baffle-plate. This piece must be placed on the top side of the combustion
chamber in order to the well work of the boiler. (See drawing)
Burner
-
It must be checked that the burner is correctly positioned and completely clean.
Ash compactor
-
The Hydroboreal 23A and 27A models incorporates as standard a large storage capacity ash compactor. The ash compaction mechanism
automatically displaces the combustion residues and collects them in a removable drawer, which will make easier for you to carry out cleaning tasks.
Make sure that the ash compactor in your boiler is well placed and that the top cover is tightly closed to prevent ash leakage in the boiler room.
The compactor has two metal parts that assure the correct positioning as well as avoids the displacement of the compactor. These parts must not
be removed during the operation of the boiler.
Plug in
-
Once all these points have been checked, please connect the power lead to a grounded socket of ~230V/ 10A using a slow blow fuse.
You need to take into account the following points:
•
The system must have been run according to the rule VDE 0100.
•
The connection to the electric power network should not be done through an extension lead (fire risk!)
•
It is recommended to install an automatic switch.
•
Compare the machine nameplate data with the data calculated from your power network.
