Compressed air filler valve with pressure reducer

for MESTO FERRUM and RESISTENT compression sprayers

Models: No. 6211 A with automobile tyre valve connector

No. 6211 B with quick-snap coupling NW 7,2

The pressure reducer can be adjusted continuously between

0 bar = Adjusting wheel turned fully to the left (flow shut off!)

and

6 bar = Adjusting wheel turned fully to the right

When pumping, pay attention to the pressure gauge on the sprayer tank and the highest pressure allowed for

the tank. When beginning to fill, check that the safety valve on the tank functions perfectly by pulling up the red

pin for this purpose. If the spray tank is to remain connected with the compressed air supply line during the

spraying operation, it is recommendable to limit the working pressure in the tank to the optimum spraying

pressure of the spray nozzle (1,5 - 4 bar depending on the type of nozzle, see the Instructions for the use of the

sprayer). Liquid removed from the tank is replaced by air from the air supply line and the spray pressure

remains constant.

Always begin to regulate the working pressure from the lowest setting of the pressure reducer by starting at the

left and turning the adjusting wheel slowly to the right during filling.

Changes on the pressure reducer are not allowed under no circumstances. If malfunctions occur, take the air

filler valve out of operation and have it repaired and readjusted.

Before using the sprayer, check the condition of the tank inside and outside (no leaks, no corrosion, no

deformations) and of all other parts. Make sure that the screw threads on the air filler valve as well as on the

tank are in order and tight.
