FIGURE 3.13 shows installation of combustible wall finish up to 1" thick for the Nordik 41 DV. This combustible material
goes over any required non-combustible materials as shown in FIGURE 3.8 on page 27.
This 1" (25mm) combustible material is able to go down to the fireplace finishing edge. We recommend the use the of
finishing trim kit that is shipped with the Nordik 41 DV. This provides an edge to stop finishing material that ensures the
safety barrier can be removed for fireplace servicing.
See FIGURE 3.9 on page 28 for up to 1" (25mm) thick combustible material installation around the KZK air discharge
grille.
