The mobile heating unit and burner are controlled
by the selector switch
= Ventilation
= OFF
0
= Heating with room thermostat
= Heating without room thermostat
If fuel-oil temperature is below +4° C the fuel has
to be preheated.
2.6.1 Heating with room thermostat
Connect the room thermostat to the room ther-
mostat socket.
Set selector switch to
room thermostat. Set desired room temperature.
The space heater heats up.
When the internal temperature of the appliance
reaches + 40° C (factory setting), the fan is set
into operation. The burner switches off when the
set room temperature is reached. The burner is
automatically switch on again when the room
temperature falls below this value.
De-commissioning
Turn the room thermostat to its lowest value or
set selector switch to „0". The fan will repeatedly
start up in order to remove residual heat from
the space heater. Do not switch off at the mas-
ter switch while heating. Use the device switch
instead. Otherwise, the device will be destroyed,
as there will be no after-running of the cooling air
blower.
2.6.2 Heating without room thermostat
Set selector switch to
thermostat.
The mobile heating unit heats up. When the
internal temperature of the appliance reaches
+40° C (factory setting), the fan is set into opera-
tion. If the set temperature (factory setting 85° C)
is exceeded, or if the temperature falls below this
level, the burner off or again, as the case may
be.
De-commissioning
Set the selctor switch to „0".
The fan will repeatedly start uo in order to
remove residual heat from the space heater.
Do not switch off at the master switch while hea-
ting. Use the device switch instead. Otherwise,
the device will be destroyed, as there will be no
after-running of the cooling air blower.
Ventilation
Set selector switch to
The fan runs continuously without the burner for
room ventilation.
= Heating with
= Heating without room
= Ventilation
Before first comissioning
Test indicator light at control box.
If indicator light H2 is illuminated => turn phases
at phase-turning plug by pressure with a screw
driver.
Commissioning
Set selector switch to „Heating without room
thermostat".
Turning off
Set selctor switch to „0"
2.6.3 Servomotor
Servomotor
(Version-Z-L, -ZS-L, two-step with economical
operation automatic)
The air-flap servomotor does the air-flap regu-
lation or the solenoid-valve control at two-step
burners with air feed. The regulation is effectedby
terminal swich cams on the servo-drive-roller.
You can see the possitions for the cams to adjust
the burner to the necessary boiler-power in the
pre-adjustment spread sheet: Remove the cap
from the air-flap servo motor. Change the posi-
tion of the cams at the regulating screws by a
usual screw-driver. You can readjust the switch
cams when adjusting the burner.
Higher figure = more air, pressure increases
Lower figure = les air, pressure declines
