If you've problems using the menus and sub-menus due to excessive noise as your RUGOSURF 10G is
powered through the mains, reset the memory to restore proper working conditions. Doing so, you
must know that resetting causes all presettings and flags enabling the software to restore itself to
operating condition before turning off your RUGOSURF to be erased.
To reset the RUGOSURF 10G, press the START key
followed by introducing a small shank in the front panel. This cut the power and restarts the
instrument. Release keys only once display screen shows the memo TEST window.
If done correctly, all functions (incl. output parameters, tolerances and the like) are disabled with a cut-
off value to 0,8 whereas the gauge unit switches over to the idle mode. This can be checked through
the menus. If not, leave your gauge unit turned off and repeat resetting.
