You may also turn your RUGOSURF 10G on in either of the two following ways :
– using the optional remote switch plugged into the RS232 serial port;
– pressing either key on the connected printer unit as soon as both the sofware and the gauge unit are
capable to communicate.
Note
If the gauge unit switches off as you are pressing any key, wait for half a second before turning it on
again.

Structure
Each menu and sub-menu allows you to control the tool functions.
Main menu appears :
a) after the unit has been switched on.
b) once the ENTER key
To select the desired menu or submenu, use either of both keys
Lets you select the left menu icon
Lets you select the right menu icon
To go up to the upper menu level within a sub-menu, use this key
To enable chosen menu option, press

To exit any sub-menu, press
Lets you start measuring immediately.
Lets you move to upper menu level.
