6.6. Structure Replacement
WARNING
Adjustment should be made by a dealer or a
competent mechanic.
The following steps refer to one structure. However, all
structures follow the same procedure for installation and
removal.
1. Raise the ATV off the ground.
WARNING
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is properly
secured/supported to prevent it from accidentally
falling during the installation of the tracks. If not
properly secured/supported, serious physical injury
could occur.
2. Remove the track following the procedure described
in section 6.1. - Track replacement.
3. Remove the structure assembly from the main axle
following the procedure described in section 6.2. -
Sprocket and main axle replacement.
4. Remove wheels from structure following the
procedure described in section 6.3. - Wheels
replacement.
5. Replace structure. To reassemble the kit, reverse the
steps and apply the torque listed in Table 1 -
Specifications of the tightening torque.
6. Lubricate main axle bearings using good quality
bearing grease as shown in the maintenance section.
WARNING
Apply Loctite 242 adhesive on threads where needed
in different sections and use necessary care not to
damage any parts while removing them.
If washers or spacers on anti-rotation retaining
bolts are deformed, replace them.

6.7. Anti-Rotation Replacement
The following steps refer to one anti-rotation assembly.
However, all anti-rotation assembly follow the same
procedure for installation and removal.
6.7.1. Front Anti-Rotation Replacement
1. Unscrew and remove the 3/8" nc bolt, 3/8" nc nut,
flat washers, and spacer fixing anti-rotation to the
structure.
2. Unscrew and remove the 1/2" nc nut and the two
ball joint spacers retaining the anti-rotation ball
joint on the sub-table.
3. Replace the parts.
4. To reassemble the kit, reverse the steps and apply
the torque listed in Table 1 - Specifications of the
tightening torque.

5. To adjust the front anti-rotation, refer to section 3.1.
- Front Track Kit adjustments.
6.7.2. Rear Anti-Rotation Replacement
1. Unscrew and remove the 5/8" nc nylock nut from
threaded section of anti-rotation tube.
2. Unscrew and remove the 3/8" nc bolt as well as 3/8"
nc nut, flat washers, and spacer fixing anti-rotation
on structure.
3. Replace the parts.
