ALL-SEASON ATV TRACK KIT

SECTION 2 : TRACK KIT INSTALLATION
WARNING
Prior to installation of the Track Kit, turn off the
engine, put in two-wheel driving mode, and block
the rear wheels.
WARNING
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is properly
secured/supported to prevent it from accidentally
falling during the installation of the tracks. If not
properly secured/supported, serious physical injury
could occur.
2.1. Front Tracks Installation
1. Install front subtable per the instructions included
with the mounting kit.

Do not inverse the right and left side.
Do not inverse the front and rear kits.
2. Install the front pre-assembled Track Kit on the
ATV hub, in the same place where the wheel had
been installed and use the 3/8" nf flange nuts
supplied with the mount kit. Apply a tightening
torque of 35 ft-lbs.
NOTE : Retorque after one hour of use.
3. Assemble the front anti-rotation on the Track Kit
following these steps (see Figure 7) :

WARNING
pre-assembled Track Kit using the bolt (B),
the 3/8" dia flat washer (C), the tightening
spacer (D), and the nylock nut (E) supplierd
with the mount kit. Torque to 25 ft-lbs.
