Working Process (Vacuum-Marinate)
• Close the vacuum lid and the machine will start to run and enter Vacuum-
Marinate mode. One cycle takes 9 minutes; the maximum number
of cycles is 1 1 (99 minutes). The process is as follows: vacuum—keep
vacuum—release. Vacuum and release time take 1 minute. Keep-vacuum
takes about 8 minutes.
• The pump will start to work. The indicator light of the preset vacuum
degree will start to flash (when the preset vacuum degree is reached, the
indicator light will stop flashing). The number on the LED display will count
up from 0 to the preset vacuum degree (the machine will beep when it
reaches 5 and 19).

• When the vacuum process is finished, the machine will enter Marinate
mode (keep vacuum). The marinate time shown on the LED display will
count down by 1 minute at a time. When the number reaches a multiple
of 9, the vacuum chamber will start to release air. After all the air has
been released, repeat the Vacuum-Marinate mode, until the number on
the LED display reaches 0. The whole process has finished.
• When the machine beeps three times, the whole working process has
finished. The machine will go back to ready-to-work mode. The LED
display and indicator lights will show accordingly.
Note: During step B or C, press the Seal button and the machine will
automatically enter seal mode.
STORAGE OF VACUUM-PACKED FOODSTUFFS
The vacuum sealer will revolutionize the way you buy and store food. Because vacuum
packaging works to eliminate freezer burn and slow food spoilage, you are now able
to take advantage of buying food in bulk without the threat of food waste. Vacuum
packaging with the vacuum sealer removes up to 90% of the air from the package. This
will help keep food fresher up to 5 times longer than under normal circumstances.
