Working Process (Vacuum-Seal)
• Close the lid and press the Start button. The bag is now ready for
Vacuum-Seal.
• The pump will start to work. The indicator light of the preset vacuum
degree will start to flash (when the vacuum degree reaches the preset
degree, the indicator light will stop flashing). The number on the LED
display will count up from 0 to the preset vacuum degree (when it reaches
5 and 19, the machine will beep).

• When the vacuum process is finished, the machine will enter Seal mode
automatically. The LED display will show the preset seal time and will start
to count down to 0. When the sealing has finished, the machine will start
to release air.
• When the machine beeps three times, the whole process has finished.
The machine will go back to ready-to-work mode. The LED display and
indicator lights will show accordingly.
Note: During step B, press the Seal button and it will automatically enter Seal
mode.
How to vacuum marinate with bag or canister
Select the packing bag or container
• Packing bag: choose packing bag with suitable size. Allow a minimum

of 1" to 2" of extra headspace at the top of the pouch to ensure quality,
air-tight seal.
• Container: choose a container of the correct size which can be put into
the vacuum chamber.
Select Marinate mode and set the marinate time

Press the Set button; when the Marinate Time indicator light is on, the
Marinate mode has been selected. Press "+" or "-" button to increase or
decrease the marinate time. The time range is 9~99 minutes.
