7. Maintenance, service, repairs
➢ Observe the

The device requires no special maintenance.
The housing is not intended to be opened or the seal replaced.
➢ Only clean the polycarbonate housing with water and a hand-washing cleaner.
➢ Do not use solvents for cleaning.
Suitably qualified electricians can replace original spare parts.
➢ Perform a routine test after replacement.
The test for vapor tightness in accordance with EN 60079-15, par. 23.2.3.2.1.2 is part of this test (change
of a negative pressure from 3 kPa to 2.7 kPa not faster than in 27 s).
A cable gland can be used to test for vapor tightness.
➢ Repairs must always be carried out at the manufacturer's premises.
