10.SERVICING
Cause / Solution
The scale has too high a load or too high a load in
one corner.
- Take the load off the scale or distribute the
weight more evenly
- Restart the scale
The scale has been switched on with too high a
load.
- Remove the load from the scale
- Restart the scale
The scale was caused to oscillate, the zero point
could not be determined.
- Restart the scale
No data transmission possible, wireless module
deactivated.
- Activate wireless module (see "Activating the
wireless module (SYS)" on page 103)
No data transmission possible, no wireless group
set up.
- Set up wireless group (see "Setting up a wire-
less group (Lrn)" on page 103)
The product must be set up carefully and serviced
regularly. Depending on how frequently the product is
used, we recommended servicing at intervals of 3 to 5
years.
