Manual parameters setting
By pressing the (3-2) UP
on the display on the left.

In the initial programming phase, press the (4) "ON/OFF - SET H
function will appear (the wording "H2O", will appear on the left display, the injection percentage will appear on the
right display), which is adjustable with the keys (8-9) UP

Cooking with core probe and ∆°T
On setting the manual parameters, by activating the (6) "COOKING WITH CORE PROBE - H
TION - COOLING"

switches from absolute temperature display to displaying the "∆°T" (temperature value that is added to the core
temperature detected by the needle probe in cooking phase).
The end of cooking is determined by the value set and detected at the core of the product by the needle probe.

Cooking Cycle
In this phase the cooking takes place which will end depending on the selection made.
After having set the parameters by pressing the (5) "COOKING CYCLE START/PAUSE" key
starts in pre-heat mode until it reaches the pre-set chamber temperature. It is possible to start the cooking
cycle even without waiting for pre-heating to end by pressing the (5) "COOKING CYCLE START/PAUSE"
key, otherwise on reaching the pre-heat temperature, the oven emits a sound and the wording "START" will
appear on the display; at this point by pressing the (5) "COOKING CYCLE START/PAUSE"
oven will start the cycle.
During the cooking phase. holding down the key (5) "START/PAUSE COOKING CYCLE"
cycle will be stopped, going back to the initial settings.
By pressing the (7) "LIGHTS SWITCH-ON IN COOKING CHAMBER - RECIPES"
cooking or pre-heat phase, the light in the chamber can be switched on or off.
The Pre-heating cycle is disabled in the case of differential cooking.
