Warranty information and conditions

The manufacturer of the tow bar shall grant a warranty of 24 months from the date of sale
on the construction, material, production quality and good working order of the tow bar that
has been supplied.
For the warranty to be valid, the tow bar must be used solely for the intended purpose.
All tow bar components and accessories must be checked before being fitted professionally,
to make sure they are compatible with the particular vehicle type. The tow bars must only be
used with the type of vehicle stated by the manufacturer. If the tow bar is fitted incorrectly or
is fitted to a vehicle for which it was not intended, the manufacturer shall accept no liability
for any damage to the tow bar that is caused by improper fitting or use.
The warranty shall not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, overloading or
improper use of the tow bar, or if the tow bar has not been used in accordance with the
instructions set out in the Owner's Manual. Furthermore, the warranty shall not cover damage
caused by weathering. The seller shall also accept no liability for any damage in cases where
the tow bar has been modified or otherwise altered.
