TWO STAGE GAS BURNER
It is advisable to connect the two stage burner to a boiler for water
production for heating purposes. In this case the burner can also
work for long periods of time with only one flame. The boiler is insuf-
ficiently loaded and so steam comes out at temperatures that are too
low (less than dew point) giving rise to the presence of condensation
water in the flue. If you must install a two stage burner to a boiler
for water production for heating purposes, it must be connected so
that it works normally with both flames, completely stopping, when
the pre-set boiler temperature is reached, without passing to the
first flame. So that it works in this way, do not install the second
flame's thermostat, and make a direct bridge connection between
the equipment's terminals, see electric scheme.

To adjust the opening angle of the air shutter, loosen the screw (A)
and turn the hand wheel (C) to bring the index to the desired position.
Subsequently tighten the screw (A) to lock the shutter.
Position 0: air shutter fully closed.
Position 9: air shutter fully open.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS REDUCTIONS FOR
LPG
In the event of functioning with GPL fuel connect the appropriate
reductions supplied with the burner. For the assembly of the reduc-
tions follow the instructions below.
In some particular applications, in the event that there are
!
pulsations in the flame during the functioning of the burner
with natural gas, it is advisable to use the intended reeduc-
tions for GPL fuel.
1) After having loosened the holding screws 1 remove the reduc-
tions A (N.2) from their respective housings.
2) Connect the two reductions B with holes turned towards the
external part of the mixer.
3) Position the holes (C) at the same level of the disk flame (D) as
shown in the figure; fixing in the proper way the new reductions
by turning the respective screws.
