4.3- Assembly
WARNING!
Before starting assembly or changing accessories, make sure the engine is set to
"OFF" position and the spark plug is removed.
A. GENERAL INSTALLATION
Attachment installation
• Loosen the knob bolt, then press the lock lever down. (Fig. 2a)
• Align and insert the attachment into the extension pole (4), then ensure the lock lever pin
latches into the hooking hole. (Fig. 2b)
• Tighten the knob bolt securely. (Fig. 2c)
• To remove the attachment, loosen the knob bolt and press down the lock lever to release the
attachment. Then pull and slightly twist the attachment tube until it is detached from the
extension pole.

Handle installation
• Position the upper and lower handle components to the
extension pole (4). (Fig. 3)
• Secure the handle components with provided bolts and nuts.
Shoulder harness (2) installation
• Pass your head and right arm through the harness and position the mounting clip by your right
hip.
• Attach the clip to the mounting point on the machine pole.
• Position the machine so that it is balanced, and the pole is parallel to the ground.
WARNING!
Always wear the shoulder harness when you operate the product.
B. CHAIN SAW ATTACHMENT
Guide bar and saw chain installation
• Loosen the fixing bolt and remove the chain guard. (Fig. 4a)
• Mount the saw chain onto the guide bar (Fig. 4b), then align the chain tension stud with the
lower hole of the guide bar and fit the chain around the bar and sprocket. (Fig. 4c)
• CAUTION! Ensure the saw chain is installed in correct direction.
• Replace the chain guard and finger tighten the fixing bolt.
• Tighten the saw chain by turning the adjustment screw until the chain touches the bottom side
