4.1.3 Layout (ST3)
There are three dif-
ferent layouts for the
compass rose.
Layout 1

• Press in the default mode to enter
the menu.
• Press the /
the Layout menu (ST3).
• Press to enter the Layout menu.
• Use the /
a layout. A part of the selected layout is
shown in the compass rose text field.
• Press short to enter the select-
ed value or
• Press the
value to default (1) or
• Keep pressed for two seconds
to exit to the default mode.
Example:
press:
-> ST1 Course alarm
2X -> ST3 Display Layout
-> Layout 1= N NE E
/ -> Layout 2= N | E
2 seconds -> Default Display (1)

4.1.4 Key sound (ST4)
The key sound can be switched on or off.
• Press in the default mode to enter
the menu.
• Use the /
the Key Sound menu (ST3).
• Press to enter the Key Sound
menu.
• Use the /
ON or OFF.

• Keep pressed for two seconds
to exit to the default mode.
4.1.5 Contrast (ST5)
The display of the compass can be adjust-
ed for different viewing angles.
Contrast level can be set from 0 up to 9.
• Press in the default mode to enter
the menu.
• Use the /
the Contrast menu (ST5).
• Press to enter the Contrast
menu.
• Use the /
the contrast level.
• Press the
value to default (0) or
• Keep pressed for two seconds
to exit to the default mode.
