Problem
The tint product has
been added to the
wrong group.
I cannot add a tint prod-
uct to a new system.
The tint product does
not respond in the
group setting „all
groups".
I cannot add the tint
product.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible causes
Find out for sure which group the
tint product is in. Proceed as de-
scribed in "Add a tint product from
one group into another group".
Please check whether the tint
product is in coupling mode.
Please remove the product from
the tint remote and reconnect it.
• The tint product is already as-
signed to a remote control or a
gateway. Please remove it from
the existing network
• Bring it closer to the remote
control
• Switch off any nearby Zigbee
devices
