Specified conditions of use
With the assistance of the universal operating cylinder the busbar bending and punching machine can bend copper
and aluminium bars up to 120 mm wide and 12 mm thick. Holes and slots 6.6 mm to 21.5 mm in diameter and up to
21.0 mm in length can be punched.
Description
The LPV is a modification of our well-proven device for processing conductor rails, the conductor rail bending and
hole punching machine prod. no. 03200.
The particular feature of this unit lies in its very simple construction but with the same performance characteristics
as the standard unit and the thereby resulting especially good price/ performance ratio.
The unit consists of a base frame made from a box profiled piece which holds the body of the unit. The base body
is the same one as with our standard unit.
Because with the LPV version the base body is fixed onto the frame, the unit is equipped with two roller supports
which are adjustable for height and are used for setting the working height of the conductor rail when carrying out
bending and punching. These roller supports are simple to exchange.
Included in the unit and in addition to this height adjustment there is a longitudinal stop for setting the hole pattern
which is mounted in a clamping bush at the right end of the frame.
In order to simplify working with long copper rails a rack together with the supporting bracket can be pulled out from
the left side to a maximum of 700 mm.
All stops and supporting brackets are very quick and easy to adjust and fix with clamping levers.
