3.2 INSPECTION PRIOR TO DELIVERY - I.P.D.
This inspection must be carried out each
time the Q.R.K. leaves the stores to be
assigned to the user, another Department,
or another Body. This must be done as
follows:
a) Visually inspect it, looking for any
damage, dirt, stains, oil, etc.
b) Check that the components that make
up the system are in place and integral:
- The device is properly clean.
- The safety clip is in its place and has
not been deformed.
- The opening mechanism is working
properly, by doing a trial release.
- The closing mechanism is working
properly, by doing a trial reset.
PLEASE NOTE
If even only one of the problems indicated
in points a) and b) above occurs, the Kit
must be sent back to the E.I. along with
a document that indicates the type of
problem encountered.
c) If no problems are found, the Q.R.K. is
put back into its packaging and sent to
whoever has requested it.
