SECTION
3.1 GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure the efficiency of the Q.R.K. and
the safety of the operators, it must be
inspected before and after each use, in the
following ways:

TIME INTERVALS
Each time the Q.R.K. leaves the
stores to be delivered to the user,
another Department, or Body.
Whenever an operator uses the
Q.R.K.
Within 6 months of the:
- date of the last O.I.
or
- when the I.P.D. is not passed.
- when the I.P.M. is not passed.
Whenever the Q.R.K. comes into
contact with corrosive substances or
saltiness, suffers falls or cuts, etc.

Personnel from the
Department that has the
Q.R.K. in its possession, or the
Department taking it over.
The operator that uses the
Q.R.K.
