Driving Uphill
Whenever traveling uphill, follow these precautions:

Always travel straight uphill.
•
Avoid steep hills (22° maximum).
•
Keep both feet on the footrests.
•
Shift your weight forward.
•
Proceed at a steady rate of speed and throttle opening�
•
Remain alert and be prepared to take emergency action.
This may include quick dismounting of the vehicle.
If all forward speed is lost:
Keep your weight uphill.
Apply the front brake. When fully stopped, apply the foot brake as well, then shift gear selector into park
position�
