Use
To revert to two single cooking zones, select the appropriate Cooking zone selector as required.

Using the Child lock

The control panel can be locked to prevent accidental use and once locked, all controls except On / Off are disabled.
Touch the Child lock control
Touch and hold the Child lock control
WARNING: When locked, all controls except On / Off
when locked, the Child lock will need to be cancelled at the next use.

Using the Timer

The Timer can be used as:
1. A countdown timer where no cooking zones are controlled.
2. A power timer that switches off the cooking zone at the end of the set period.
The maximum selectable time period is 99 minutes.
1. Using as a countdown timer
Ensure the hob is switched on; you do not need to select a
cooking zone first.
Touch the Timer control, "10" will show in the display and the
"0" will flash.
Set the single minute option by touching the Power / Timer
selector, for example "6".
Touch the Timer control again, and the "1" will flash.
