NOTICE :
• Before installing the wireless transmitters, the Appleton Motion Sensor with Luminaire and all other wireless devices should be
installed only after the Wireless Gateway has been installed and is functioning properly. Wireless devices should also be powered
up in order of proximity from the Wireless Gateway, beginning with the closest. This will result in a simpler and faster network
installation. Do not touch the LEDs; touching could leave oily deposits,causing hot spots and potential premature failure.
• This luminaire is designed for and should be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code® /Canadian Electrical code
and all applicable local codes.
• This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and
operation of the product and hazards involved.
• Do not use this equipment for anything other than its intended use.
• The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified
person.
• Do not touch the lens and sensors, touching them could leave oily deposits, causing light lumen control performance.
• Luminaire is not intended for mounting with LEDs in face up orientation.
Applications/Intended Use
• Marine and wet locations; apply a corrosion-inhibiting grease, such as petroleum or soap-thickened mineral oils, in 3 lines, spaced
approximately 120 degrees apart, perpendicular to the threads.
• Non-hazardous locations where severe weather conditions, excessive moisture, dirt, dust, corrosive atmospheres, and high
ambient temperatures are encountered.
• Luminaire to be mounted at a minimum of four (4) feet and up to a maximum of 20/40 feet above the ground.
• Suitable for indoor/outdoor applications.
