8.3 Functional control
The following points must be observed for a functional
control of the dwelling station "Regudis W":
When using a heat meter, no volume flow must be
shown if the heating circuit of the dwelling is closed
and the draw off is not in operation!
Heating circuit to the dwelling:
– Open heating circuit / radiator valves of the
dwelling.
– Check whether the required flow temperature (e.g. 65
°C) is reached at the connections D and F (illustr. 4.3).
– Check whether the required return temperature (e.g.
50 °C) is reached at the connections E and G (illustr.
4.3). Adjust setting of the radiator lockshield valves
in the heating circuit if required.
– The heat exchanger must not heat up during
heating operation!
Drawing off hot water:
– Start drawing off hot water at a constant volume
flow.
– The draw off temperature must reach the required
setting. Check setting of the thermostatic
temperature controller if necessary (illustr. 8.3).
– Closing test of proportional flow controller (illustr.
5.1): The heat exchanger must cool down after
drawing off has been completed.
8.4 Setting zone valve
The zone valve (illustr. 5.1 – 5) can be equipped with
an actuator for heating circuit control (connection
thread M 30 x 1.5).
8.5 Setting potable water temperature
When leaving the factory, the temperature controller
is set to position 5. This corresponds to a potable
water temperature of 60 °C. The setting can be
adjusted to the required potable water temperature.
Control range: 40 – 70 °C
1 = approx. 40 °C
2 = approx. 45 °C
3 = approx. 50 °C
4 = approx. 55 °C
5 = approx. 60 °C
6 = approx. 65 °C
7 = approx. 70 °C

8.6 Setting flow temperature heating circuit
When
leaving
the
controller is set to position 3. This corresponds to
a heating water temperature of 35 °C. The setting
can be adjusted to the required heating water
temperature.
Control range: 25 – 50 °C

8.7 Settings differential pressure regulator
The factory setting of the differential pressure regulator
is 150 mbar.
Higher settings increase the draw off capacity, but
can generate noise in the heating circuit (observe de-
livery capacity of the supply pump!).
