Attention!
8.1.8 F 716 / F 726 version with support tube and version support bars
(The item numbers refer to sectional view pages 41-43).
In order to remove the impeller (4), the pump shaft (2) must be blocked.
On pumps type F 716 remove motor cover. Afterward the pump shaft can be blocked at the
ventilator blade.
On pumps type F 726 remove the motor. Afterwards the shaft can be blocked at the
coupling.
Size 115 / 135
> Unscrew the screws (7) at the cover (6) and take it off.
> Unscrew impeller cap (8) and remove impeller.
Installation in reverse order.
Attention!
Size 185
> Remove circlip (5) at the cover (6) and take it off.
> Unscrew impeller cap (8) and the nut below.
> Remove impeller (4).
Installation in reverse order.
Attention!
Size 230
> Unscrew the screws (7) at the cover (6) and take it off.
> Unscrew impeller cap (8) and the nut below.

Attention!
On pump sizes 185 and 350 thoroughly clean the circlip (8) and its
groove on the pump housing.
Make sure that the circlip (8) is properly engaged.
On pump sizes 135 and 230 screw the plastic screws (11) with
a maximum torque of 5 Nm.
Torque to impeller body is max. 15 Nm.
Torque to plastic screws (7) is max. 7 Nm.
Thoroughly clean circlip (5) and its groove in the pump housing.
Make sure that the circlip (5) is properly engaged.
Torque to plastic screws (7) on PP pumps (grey) is max. 5 Nm.
Torque to plastic screws (7) on PVDF pumps (white) is max. 7 Nm.
