Replacement of conical rotor or impeller
In order to remove the conical rotor resp. the impeller the pump shaft has to be blocked.
8.1.1 F 620 S-15 / F 620 S-30
(The item numbers refer to sectional view page 33).
> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Unscrew inlet housing (7). Attention - left-hand thread!
> Unscrew cap nut (8).
> Remove conical rotor (6).
Installation in reverse order.
8.1.2 F 620 S-157/210
(The item numbers refer to sectional view page 34).
> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Separate the rising tube from the spiral housing.
> Unscrew spiral housing (9). Attention - left-hand thread!
> Unscrew cap nut (8).
> Remove impeller (7).
Installation in reverse order.
8.1.3 F 640 PP-15 / F 640 PP-30
(The item numbers refer to sectional view page 36).
> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Unscrew inlet housing (10). Attention - left-hand thread!
> Unscrew impeller cap (9) and the nut below.
> Unscrew the conical rotor (11).
Installation in reverse order.

> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Unscrew inlet housing (10). Attention - left-hand thread!

> Unscrew the impeller (7).
