8.1.5 Horizontal version F 620 / F 640

(The item numbers refer to sectional view pages 35, 37 and 39).
Attention!

> Close the stop valves at the pump inlet and outlet.
> Remove the pump.
> Mark the stop valves and secure them against unintentional opening.
Attention!

> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Remove the screws (9, 8) resp. nuts (10) and take off the inlet housing (7, 9).
> On model F 620 unscrew cap nut (8) and remove the conical rotor (6).
> On model F 640 unscrew impeller cap (8, 6) and the nut below.
> Unscrew conical rotor (F 620) (6) resp. impeller (F 640) (5).
Installation in reverse order.

> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (2) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Remove the the circlip resp. the screws (8) at the pump housing and remove the
cover (9).
> Unscrew impeller cap (10) and the nut below.
> Unscrew the impeller (7).
Installation in reverse order.

Housing diameter 135 / 185 / 230 / 350
> Remove drive motor. Afterwards the shaft (3) can be blocked at the coupling (1).
> Remove the screws (11) (the circlip (8)) and take off the cover (9).
> Unscrew impeller cap (10) and the nut below.
> Pump size 135: Unscrew impeller body and remove impeller cover.
> Pump sizes 185, 230 and 350: Remove impeller (7).
Installation in reverse order.

disconnect three-phase motor from the mains.
Completely drain the pump.
Liquid may be retained within the cavities of the pump.
