E03 Tonification.
Indicated for toning up muscles, working mainly on fast-twitch fibres. Suitable for people who
already practice moderate physical activity. Method of use:
1.
identify the muscle to be treated. To obtain good results we suggest to treat just a
few muscles at a time and complete the process described below;
2.
position the electrodes as shown in the photo;
3.
increase the intensity until the impulse can be felt (use a low intensity for the first
session to help you to understand how the machine works);
4.
during the program and over the next few days the intensity should be increased
gradually so that muscle contractions are not painful;
5.
during contraction generated by the unit, contract the muscle voluntarily;
6.
a cycle of 15/20 applications must be completed before the first results can be seen;
one application for each muscle every two days with a day of rest in between.
It is possible to work on pairs of muscles, for example thighs and abdominal muscles, treating
thighs one day and abdominal the next day. Working on too many muscles at the same time is
not recommended.
