4.2. Update: BASIS version (for commeo Multi Send manufactured 2015–2021)
All previous versions of the commeo Multi Send manufactured in 2015–2021 can be updated
for free to the latest BASIS version:
1. Download the commeo Multi Send KonfigTool.
2. Connect the commeo Multi Send to a PC/Mac using a USB data cable.
3. Start the commeo Multi Send KonfigTool, connect to the commeo Multi Send and select
"UPDATE".
4. If there is no BASIS or PREMIUM version saved on the connected commeo Multi Send, the
current BASIS version is installed as a free update.
Note: Do not interrupt the USB connection while the update is ongoing!
4.3. Upgrade: BASIS version to PREMIUM version
You can upgrade the commeo Multi Send to the PREMIUM version to enable useful extra
functions:
1. Purchase the individual, 16-character key code on the SELVE website:
www.selve.de/commeomultisend
2. Download the commeo Multi Send KonfigTool.
3. Connect the commeo Multi Send to a PC/Mac using a USB data cable.
4. Start the commeo Multi Send KonfigTool, connect to the commeo Multi Send and select
"UPGRADE".
5. Follow the further instructions and enter the 16-character key code.
Note: Do not interrupt the USB connection while the update is ongoing!
