Remove the radiator mounting bracket bolt labelled 'C' in picture 1.

Place the longest bolt (item 2=120mm long) with washer (item 3) through the upper-front
mounting plate of the left-hand side adventure-bar (item 1 (this is the shorter adventure-bar) as
labelled 'A' in picture 1.

Place the longest spacer (S0202=36mm long) over the exposed end of the bolt.

Offer into position as shown in picture A, use the original nut to hold in place (do not tighten at
this stage.

Place one of the M12 washers (item 3) onto one of the shortest M12 bolts (item 5=70mm long).

Place the 15mm spacer (item 7) into the frame recess in position labelled 'B' in picture 1.

Fit the bolt and washer through the upper/rear mounting plate of the adventure bar labelled 'B' in
picture 1 (place one of the neoprene gaskets (item 6) over the exposed end of bolt) and through the
spacer in the frame recess.

Place the M8 bolt and washer (item's 8 and 9) through the lower mounting plate of the adventure-
bars and the radiator mounting bracket and secure.

Tighten all the bolts evenly (the top two to no more than 40Nm and the lower to no more than
20Nm)
