6.2.1 Trigger up/down function

• The ABIPLAS WELD welding torch must only be operated by
qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Please consult the operating instructions for the welding components,
welding power source and welding torch.
On the standard welding torch, the trigger can be used to activate an up/down
mode. Further operating modes and torch handle modules depend on the
welding power source and must be ordered separately.

Trigger function
1 Push trigger 1 forwards = start welding
2 Push trigger 1 forwards again = stop welding
Other functions during operation:
• Push trigger 1 backwards = access secondary current
• Push trigger 2 forwards = welding current up
• Push trigger 2 backwards = welding current down
