Use this function to define the behaviour of the average temperature for vapor, liquid,
product or water in case that no element is available in the appropriate phase.
- Logbook only will use the closest element available for the average temperature and only
generate a logbook entry.
- Warning will use the closest element available for average temperature and generate a
diagnostic message of type warning
- Alarm will generate a diagnostic of type alarm.
