Value of the resistor which was used for the actual calibration.

The calibrated test resistance shows the value of the test resistor which was measured
during calibration. This is the reference value used to compare the actual value of the test
resistance. If deviation is too big, a diagnostic message is generated.

The test resistance is an internal high accuracy resistor which is used to verify if the sensor
is still measuring correctly within its limits. The value shows the actual measured value of
this resistor.
