Dies ist zwingend notwendig,
speziell auch vor einem
Notablaß.
Gründe, die einen Notablaß
erforderlich machen können sind z.B.
Ausfall der Elektrik, bei Störungen der
Senkventile, etc.
•
Gefährdeten Bereich kontrollieren.
Es dürfen sich keine Personen oder
Gegenstände im Arbeitsbereich der
Hebebühne oder auf der
Hebebühne befinden.
•
Vor Beginn des Notablasses ist
eine Netztrennung vorzunehmen.
•
Vordere Verschlußstopfen links
und rechts an der Abdeckung
entfernen.
•
Kontermuttern (SW17) der
Notablaßschrauben (N1 & N2) ,
jeweils seitlich am Hydraulikblock,
lösen. (siehe Bild)

•
Mit einem Innensechskant-
schlüssel (SW5) zunächst eine
Notablaßschraube N1 langsam ¼
Umdrehung herausdrehen.
•
Gefährdeten Bereich kontrollieren.
Es dürfen sich keine Personen oder
Gegenstände im Arbeitsbereich der
Hebebühne oder auf der
Hebebühne befinden.
The emergency lowering can
only be performed by persons
instructed to use the lift. Please
refer to the regulation
„lowering the vehicle".
Very kind of external leakage
must be removed. This is
necessary particular before
emergency lowering.
The emergency lowering must
be carried in this order.
Otherwise a malfunction
lead it to damages or lead to
danger for body and lives.
•
Control the dangerous places of the
lift and be sure that there are no
objects or people in the immediate
area of the lift or on the lift.
•
Before the emergency lowering
process loose the electrical power
supply.
•
Loose and remove the plastic cover
of the operating unit. (see pic.6)
•
Loose the locknut of the
emergency lowering screws (N1
& N2).

open slowly ¼ turn the emergency
lowering screw N1 with a suitable
tool.
Do not unscrew the srew.
•
Control the dangerous places of the
lift and be sure that there are no
objects or people in the immediate
area of the lift or on the lift.

Avant de faire une descente
d'urgence l'étanchéité du
système hydraulique est à
vérifier. Les fuites doivent être
éliminés avant la descente
d'urgence!
Nature à provoquer une descente
d'urgence : coupure de courant,
problèmes sur les clapets de
sécurité, ...
•
Contrôler la zone dangereuse –
can
aucun obstacle ni personne ne
doivent se trouver dans la zone
dangereuse ou sur le pont
élévateur.
•
Avant la descente d'urgence
débrancher l'alimentation
électrique.
•
Enlever les couvercles avant à
droite et à gauche du pupitre de
commande.
•
Dévisser les contre écrous (SW17)
des vis de descente d'urgences (N1
& N2) , (voir fig.)

•
Dévisser d'abord une vis de
descente d'urgence à l'aide d'un
clé à six pans (SW5) N1 lentement
d'environ ¼ tour.
•
Contrôler la zone dangereuse –
aucun obstacle ni personne ne
doivent se trouver dans la zone
dangereuse ou sur le pont
élévateur.
