Damit der Gleichlauf der
Hebebühne gewährleistet ist, ist
das Kapitel 5.4 zu beachten.
5.4 Ausgleichen der Auffahr-
schienen bei ungleicher
Schienenhöhe
Durch die zwei unabhängig
aufgebauten Hydrauliksysteme ist
bei ordnungsgemäßem
Betrieb ein Ungleichlauf
weitgehend ausgeschlossen.
Entsteht dennoch ein Ungleichlauf
ist eine Fehler-Ursachenanalyse
notwendig. Erst wenn feststeht,
dass keine Leckage des
Hydrauliksystems oder ein anderer,
ggf. externer Fehler vorliegt darf
der Ausgleichsvorgang
durchgeführt werden.
Der Ausgleich darf nur ohne
Last durchgeführt werden!
Vor dem Ausgleichen ist jede Last
von der Hebebühne zu entfernen!
Wirkungen die ggf. einen Ausgleich
notwendig machen könnten z.b. sein:
Schlagartiges Anheben aus der
untersten Endposition, nicht
vollständiges Absetzen einer Seite in
die unterste Endposition, Ungleichlauf
mit Last, etc.
Richtiges Ausgleichen:
Annahme: Eine Auffahrschiene
steht höher als die andere
Auffahrschiene.
Maßnahme:
•
Die Hebebühne in die - soweit
möglich- unterste Position
absenken. Dazu ist der Taster
„Senken" zu drücken.
5.4 Equalisation the platforms
•
During the normal work of the
automotive lift it is almost
impossible to get an unequal run of
the platform, by the two
independent hydraulic systems.
•
If you have an unequal run of the
lift. Check the lift.
•
If it is sure there is no leak in the
hydraulics system and no other
external fault, a compensation may
be carried out
•
Lower the lift in the lowest
position.
•
Drive the vehicle from the lift.
•
If necessary a compensation must
be carried out at these symptoms:
abruptly lifting from the lowest
position, unequal platform with
load, not complete lowering of a
platform in the lowest position.
Right equalisation:
Assumption: One platform is higher
than the other platform.
Measure:
•
Lower the lift in the lowest
position. Press the button
"lowering".
Equalize the lift without load,
otherwise the vehicle can
mighty fall down.
•
Remove on the right side and the
left side the covers of the operating
unit.

5.4 Synchronisation des prises sous
coques
De part sa conception et de
l'ordonnancement des vérins un
déséquilibre est quasiment impossible.
Si un déséquilibre devait se produire il
est nécessaire de faire une recherche
de panne, après avoir constaté
qu'aucun vérin ne subsiste une fuite
interne ou un problème externe, vous
avez la possibilité de procéder à une
rééquilibrage.
Le rééquilibrage devra s'effectuer
sans charge (pont à vide)!
Nature à provoquer un déséquilibre :
levage brutal, un corps étranger
empêchant la pose complète du pont
etc.
Rééquilibrage:
Une coté est plus haute que l'autre
remède:
•
descendre le pont dans sa position
la plus basse possible en appuyant
le bouton descente.
•
Dévisser les contre écrous (SW17)
des deux vis d'équilibrage A1 et
A2 à l'aide d'un clé six pans
(SW5).
•
Maintenir le bouton-poussoir
« descente » et ouvrir légèrement
les vis d'équilibrage A1 und A2.
