Electrical installation
Only qualified electricians may carry out the electrical install-
ation.
Danger!
Risk of death from live connections
(220/230 V)!
There is a risk of death from electric
shock when working on live connections
(220/230 V).

Disconnect the power supply to the
product before commencing any work on
it.
▶
Secure the power supply against being
switched on again.
▶
Check that there is no voltage in the con-
nections.
5.5.1
Connecting the power supply
Caution.
Material damage caused by an incorrect
connection.
If connections L and N are mixed up with
control wires S1, S2, C1 and C2, the product
will be damaged.

Note the correct connection for cables L
and N.
▶
For the MASTER and all SLAVES, connect cables L and
N to the corresponding terminals for power supply on the
wall-mounting frame.
Note
You can install an additional bipolar on/off
switch in the power supply.

▶
Use the control cables to connect the MASTER (1)
and SLAVES (2), (3), (4) as follows.
–
All SLAVES with odd numbers ((3), 5, 7, etc.) al-
ways have the same ventilation direction as the
MASTER (1).
–
All SLAVES with even numbers ((2), (4), 6, etc.)
always have the opposite ventilation direction to
the MASTER (1).
–
Terminals S1 and S2 remain unassigned for the
SLAVE with the highest number.
