Stage 6 – Final fitting-out
- Separate the parts required from the machine-cut sheet
"C".
- Attach the struts 6.2 to the buoy holders 6.1, and glue them
to the deck, in line with the depressions. Keep to the stated
dimensions.
- Glue together parts 6.3 – 6-5 to form the capture rod hol-
ders. Draw a reference line on the transom to mark the
positions, then glue them in place.
- Bend the capture rods 6.7 (R + L) to shape from 1 mm Ø
brass rod, as shown in the drawing, and solder or glue the
tubular rivets 6.6 to the ends to strengthen them.
- Glue the magnetic strip 6.8 in the opening of part 6.4.
- Glue the rubbing strake 6.9 to the external long sides of the
hull, keeping them flush at the stern.
- Position the double cruciform bollards 6.10 as shown.
- Suspend eight tyre fenders 6.11 on the outside of the hull
using lengths of thread 6.12.: drill small 1.5 mm Ø holes
just below the top edge of the hull. The positions are
shown in the drawing "CWL = Waterline".
- Glue two tyre fenders 6.11 directly to the transom.
- The thread supplied in the kit for making the hook cable
6.13 is used to fix the hook in its static position. If you in-
tend to operate the hook with a winch, we recommend the
use of a longer cable.
- Prepare the hook 6.14 – 6.18 as shown, and tie it to part
6.13.
- The support plate 6.19 can be used if you wish to fit the
optional isolation switch.

Équipement de finition
- Détachez les éléments nécessaires de la plaque fraisée
"C".
- Munir le porte-balise 6.1 des étais 6.2 et collez-le dans les
logements du pont. Tenir compte de la cote indiquée.
- Collez ensemble de support de câble d'accrochage 6.3 à
6-5. Déterminez les positions sur l'arrière tableau avec en
traçant une ligne et collez.
- Cintrez les filins d'accrochage 6.7 (droit et gauche) réalisez
à partir d'un fil de laiton de Ø1mm en fonction des indica-
tions du schéma et renforcez aux extrémités avec un rivet
6.6 (coller / braser).
- Collez les bandes magnétiques 6.8 dans le dégagement
de 6.4.
- Collez le liston de défense 6.9 à fleur à l'arrière, longitudi-
nalement sur la paroi arrière de la coque.
- Positionnez la bitte d'amarrage croisée double 6.10 comme
indiqué.
- Accrochez 8x des pneus 6.11 avec un fil de maintien 6.12
sur la paroi extérieure de la coque. Pour ce faire, percez
sous l'arête supérieure de la coque un petit alésage de
Ø1,5 mm. Les positions se réfèrent au schéma de la ligne
de flottaison „CWL".
- Collez 2x des pneus 6.11 à l'arrière tableau.
- Le fil joint pour la réalisation du filin à crochet 6.13 sert à la
fixation statique du crochet. Si le crochet est destiné à être
mû par un treuil, nous recommandons d'utiliser un fil plus
long.
- Réalisez le crochet 6.14 à 6.18 comme indiqué et nouez-le
à 6.13.
- Pour un équipement optionnel avec un sectionneur il est
possible d'utiliser la plaque de logement 6.19.

Equipaggiamento finale
- Staccare i pezzi dalla piastra "C".
- Applicare i supporti per le boe 6.1 al candeliere 6.2 e incol-
lare restando allineati alla forma del ponte. Attenzione alle
misure.
- Montare il supporto per il filo 6.3 - 6.5. Fissare le posizioni
sullo specchio di poppa segnando una linea come guida e
incollare.
- Piegare i fili 6.7 (R+L) in ottone da Ø1mm come da rap-
presentazione e rinforzare l' estremità con un rivetto 6.6
(incollare / saldare).
- Incollare la striscia magnetica 6.8 nella parte ritagliata 6.4.
- Incollare il listello di protezione 6.9 sottobordo, alla parete
esterna dello scafo.
- Posizionare la bitta a doppia croce 6.10 come da figura.
- Agganciare alla parete esterna dello scafo 8 pneumatici
parabordo 6.11 con la fune 6.12 in filo intrecciato. Per
questo realizzare un piccolo foro da Ø1,5mm direttamente
sotto il bordo dello scafo. Le posizioni si deducono dalla
segnalazione „CWL = linea di galleggiamento di progetto".
- Incollare 2 pneumatici 6.11 senza filo allo specchio di pop-
pa.
- Il filo intrecciato in dotazione per realizzare la fune
dell'ancora 6.13. serve per il fissaggio statico dell'ancora.
Nel caso in cui l'ancora dovesse funzionare con un argano,
consigliamo di utilizzare una fune più lunga.
- Realizzare l'ancora 6.14 - 6.18 come illustrato e annodarla
a 6.13.
- Se si desidera una dotazione ottimale con un interruttore
di interruzione, si può utilizzare la piastra 6.19.
