Stage 2 Rudder and linkage
- Glue the servo mount assembly and the RC platform in the
centre of the hull.
- Fit together parts 2.27 - 2.35 to form the rudder assembly,
install it in the hull and the servo mount, and align it care-
fully. The locating disc 2.31 determines the position of the
rudder.
- Glue the rudder bush 2.30 to the hull, taking care to produ-
ce a waterproof joint.
- Connect the pushrod 2.36 to the tiller arm 2.33.
- Attach the swivel pushrod connector 2.37 to the servo
output arm using the screw 2.38. Note: once you have
tightened the screw just to the point where slop is at a mi-
nimum, apply a drop of cyano to prevent it working loose
in the connector.
- Fit the pushrod assembly on the servo and rudder shaft
using the screws shown; check that the parts line up flush.
Stage 3 – Deck
- Separate the parts required from the machine-cut sheet
"C".
- Assemble the bellcrank support 3.1 - 3.10 and box 3.11 -
3.15 as shown. The screws 3.10 act as a temporary cent-
ring piece for positioning the packing pieces 3.9.
- Note "X": chamfer the edges of part 3.15 until it fits cor-
rectly.

Gouvernail avec timonerie
- Collez l'unité de fixation de servo et le support de
l'ensemble de réception au centre de la coque.
- Plantez ensemble le groupe-gouvernail 2.27-2.35, l'installer
dans la coque et le support-servo et alignez. La rondelle de
centrage 2.31 fixe la position du gouvernail.
- Collez la jaumière 2.30 „de manière étanche" dans la co-
que.
- Accrochez la timonerie 2.36 dans la palonnier 2.33.
- Fixez le raccord de timonerie 2.37 avec la vis 2.38 au pa-
lonner de servo. À noter : bloquez la vis avec une goutte
de colle cyanoacrylate avec cette mise au point sans jeu
dans le raccord de timonerie afin qu'elle ne puisse se des-
serrer.
- Installez les ensembles de timonerie alignés mutuellement
avec les vis indiquées sur le servo et la mèche de gouver-
nail.

Stade de montage 3 – Le pont
- Détachez les éléments nécessaires de la plaque fraisée
"C".
- Assemblez le palier de palonnier de renvoi 3.1 à 3.10 et le
caisson 3.11 à 3.15 comme indiqué. Les vis 3.10 servent
au préalable uniquement d'auxiliaire de centrage pour le
positionnement des supports 3.9.
- À noter à propos de „X": ajuster l'élément 3.15 en sciant
les arêtes frontales de biais.

Fase di montaggio 2
Timone con comando
- Incollare l'unità di fissaggio del servo e la piastra RC al
centro dello scafo.
- Assemblare il gruppo timone 2.27-2.35, montarlo e alline-
arlo nella fusoliera e al supporto del servo. Il dischetto di
centraggio 2.31 stabilisce la posizione del timone.
- Incollare ermeticamente la losca del timone 2.30 nello
scafo.
- Agganciare il tirante 2.36 al braccio di comando 2.33.
- Fissare il collegamento del tirante 2.37 alla squadretta del
servo con la vite 2.38. Attenzione: per evitare che abbia
gioco, la vite deve essere assicurata con una goccia di
colla istantanea, in modo che non si sviti inavvertitamente.
- Mettere il gruppo montato dei tiranti con le viti indicate
allineate tra di loro, sul servo e sull'albero del timone.

Fase di montaggio 3 – Ponte
- Staccare i pezzi dalla piastra "C".
- Assemblare la prolunga leva 3.1-3.10 e la cassa 3.11-3.15
come rappresentato. Le viti 3.10 per il momento servono
solo per centrare la posizione del supporto 3.9.
- Avvertenza "X": adattare il pezzo 3.15 smussando il bor-
do d'attacco.
