Stage 3 – Deck
- Fit the ball-links on the pushrods 3.16 and 3.18 and set
them to the stated length.
- Drill the prepared deck to accept the bellcrank sub-assem-
bly.
- Temporarily screw the bellcrank sub-assembly to the deck,
and check that the box can be removed. The box is reta-
ined by placing it in position and sliding it fore and aft. If
this does not work properly, it may be necessary to carry
out some careful trimming to the machine-cut tongues of
part 3.5.
- If you wish to fix the crane permanently, fill the slots of
part 3.5 with scrap material in order to prevent the lever
moving.
- The deck and hull can now be glued together. Sand back
the edges all round to the profile shown.
Stage 4 – Crane
- Separate the parts required from the machine-cut sheet
"C".
- Prepare a dimensioned outline prior to assembling the
crane components 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3.
Caution: note the angle of the crane connecting pieces
4.3; do not glue the pulley mounts 4.2 at this stage.

- Munir la timonerie 3.16 et 3.18 des pivots sphériques ap-
propriés et réglez-la à la cote indiquée.
- Percez le pront préparé au logement du groupe palonnier
de renvoi.
- Vissez le groue palonnier de renvoi à titre d'essai au pont
et testez le démontage du caisson. Le caisson est fixé
lorsqu'on le glisse longitudinalement après avoir été mis
en place. Si cela ne fonctionnait pas correctement, il faut,
dans certaines circonstances retravailler les languettes
fraisées de 3.5 en procédant avec précaution.
- Si la grue est destinée à être fixée, il faut boucher les
fentes de 3.5 avec des chutes de matériel pour bloquer le
mouvement éventuel du levier.
- Il est possible maintenant de coller le pont et la coque.
Poncez tout le pourtour.

Stade de montage 4 La grue
- Détachez les éléments nécessaires de la plaque fraisée
"C".
- Pour l'assemblage des éléments de la grue 4.1 avec 4.2 et
4.3 réalisez une épure en fonction des cotes indiquées.
Attention: observez l'angle des liaisons d'éléments 4.3, ne
pas coller le porte-poulie 4.2 pour l'instant.

Fase di montaggio 3 – Ponte
- Applicare ai tiranti 3.16 e 3.18 i rispettivi giunti sferici e
regolare a misura come da indicazioni.
- Forare il ponte per l'alloggiamento del gruppo montato
della leva.
- Per prova avvitare il gruppo leva al ponte e verificare che
la cassa sia smontabile. La cassa viene bloccata appog-
giandola e spingendola longitudinalmente. Se ciò non
dovesse funzionare, rifinire eventualmente con attenzione
le linguette fresate di 3.5.
- Se si dovesse fissare la gru, riempire le fessure di 3.5 col
materiale residuo per bloccare la mobilità della leva.
- Ora è possibile incollare il ponte e la fusoliera. Limare i
contorni delle parti rotanti.

Fase di montaggio 4 – Gru
- Staccare i pezzi dalla piastra "C".
- Per l'assemblaggio degli elementi della gru 4.1 con 4.2 e
4.3 realizzare un piano in base alle misure indicate.
Attenzione: prestare attenzione all'angolo del connettore
4.3, non incollare ancora il supporto 4.2.
