Stage 1 Hull / motor installation
- Fit the collet 1.12 (with socket-head grubscrew 1.13) on
the shaft 1.9, and slide it along the shaft until it rests
against the stern tube.
- Temporarily fit the shaft coupling 1.14 on the shaft, leaving
it loose.
- Attach the electric motor 1.16 (not included) to the dou-
bled bearer 1.15 using the screws 1.17 and shakeproof
washers 1.18.
- Slide the electric motor assembly into the shaft coupling,
leaving about 1 mm clearance between motor shaft and
propeller shaft.
- Tighten the socket-head grubscrews 1.13.
- Glue the motor bulkhead 1.19 to the side of the motor
mount, and glue the whole motor assembly in the hull.
The stern tube can now be glued to the hull, taking care to
produce a waterproof joint.

mise en place du moteur
- Installez la bague d'arrêt 1.12 avec la vis sans tête six
pans creux 1.13 sur l'arbre 1.9 et en butée à fleur du tube
d'étambot.
- Glissez d'abord l'accouplement d'arbre 1.14 sur l'arbre
sans le fixer.
- Fixez le moteur électrique 1.16 (non contenu dans la boîte
de construction) avec les vis 1.17 et les rondelles-éventails
1.18 sur le supports doubles 1.15.
- Glissez l'unité moteur électrique sur l'accouplement
d'arbre, de sorte qu'entre l'arbre du moteur et l'arbre
d'hélice subsiste un écart de 1 mm environ.
- Serrez les vis sans tête six pans creux 1.13 à fond.
- Collez l'adaptateur de couple moteur 1.19 latéralement au
support-moteur et avec l'ensemble de l'unité moteur élec-
trique dans la coque. Collez maintenant le tube d'étambot
de manière „étanche" à l'intérieur de la coque.

Montaggio scafo/ motore
- Mettere l'anello di fissaggio 1.12 con il grano a brugola 1.3
sull'albero 1.9 e fermarsi a filo del il tubo Steven.
- Mettere l'accoppiamento dell'albero 1.14, per ora allentato,
sull'albero.
- Fissare il motore elettrico 1.16 (n. i.) con le viti 1.17 e le
rondelle autoserranti 1.18 al supporto raddoppiato.
- Inserire l'unità motore nel giunto dell'albero in modo che tra
l'albero del motore e l'lbero della nave ci sia una distanza
di ca. 1mm.
- Serrare il grano a brugola 1.13.
- Incollare allo scafo l'adattatore dell'ordinata motore 1.19
sul lato del supporto motore insieme all'unità motore com-
pleta. Il tubo Steven può esser incollato all'interno dello
scafo.
