Stage 0 – Boatstand
Apply strips of foam rubber
or felt
- Separate the parts from the machine-cut sheet "A".
- Glue the parts together on a flat surface, as shown in the
drawing.
- Allow the glued joints to set hard, then sand and paint the
boatstand.
- When the paint is dry, stick protective material (foam rub-
ber, foam plastic or felt) to the contact surfaces. These soft
linings protect the hull from scratches during construction.
Stage 1 Hull / motor installation
- Separate the parts required from the machine-cut sheets
"B, C".
- Cut out the hatched-in areas of the vacuum-moulded parts
1.1 and 1.2.
- Drill holes in the hull 1.1 at the positions indicated.
- Caution "X": a small flange (about 2 - 3 mm) should be left
all round, as this serves later as support for the deck 1.2.

Collez du caoutchouc-mousse,
de la mousse plastique
ou des morceaux de feutre.
- Détachez les éléments de la plaque fraisée "A".
- Collez les éléments ensemble sur une surface plane en
fonction des éléments du schéma.
- Après séchage, poncez le berceau et mettez en peinture.
- Lorsque la peinture est sèche, die Lackierung trocken,
collez les montants-supports comme indiqué avec un
matétiau de protection (mousse de caoutchouc, caout-
chouc-mousse ou feutre). Ces appuis protègent la coque
ultérieurement des égratignures.

mise en place du moteur
- Détachez les éléments nécessaires de la plaque fraisée
"B, C".
- Découpez les surfaces hachurées des éléments emboutis
1.1 et 1.2.
- Percer la coque 1.1 comme indiqué.
- Attention „X": une petite marge doit subsister tout autour
(approx. 2 à 3 mm) qui peut être utilisée plus tard comme
support du pont 1.2.

Incollare gommapiuma, spugna
o feltro
- Staccare i pezzi dalla piastra "A".
- Incollare i pezzi su un supporto piano conformemente al
disegno.
- Una volta asciugata la colla, levigare e verniciare.
- A vernice asciugata, ricoprire i supporti con del materiale di
protezione (gommapiuma, feltro o spugna) come indicato.
Tali supporti proteggeranno in seguito lo scafo dai graffi.

Montaggio scafo/ motore
- Staccare i pezzi dalla piastra "B,C".
- Ritagliare i campi tratteggiati dei pezzi stampati 1.1 e 1.2.
- Forare la fusoliera 1.1 come indicato.
- Attenzione "X": intorno dovrebbe restare un piccolo bordo
(ca. 2-3 mm) che potrà essere usato più tardi come sup-
porto per il ponte 1.2.
