TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problems
The appliance works but
does not cool the
temperature down.
Water leaks out during
transport.
Error code "E2" is
displayed on LED screen.
Error code "E3" is
displayed on LED screen.
Error code "E4" is
displayed on LED screen.
Possible causes
- Verify if the set
temperature is higher than
the room temperature.
- Verify if a window or a
door is closed.
- Verify if any heater or
lamp is producing heat.
- Verify if the air filter is
dirty.
- Verify if the air outlet is
blocked by any bulky
object.
-- The water tank is full.
-The appliance is lying
down or the ground is not
level.
- The room temperature
sensor does not work or is
damaged.
- The evaporator oil pipe
sensor may be damaged.

Solutions
- Lower the set
temperature. (Please
refer to section Use.)
- Close the window or door
to stop hot air from entering.
- Switch the(se) appliance(s)
off.
- Clean the filter.

Maintenance and cleaning.)
- Remove the obstacles.
- Drain the tank.
- Always move the device
horizontally.
- Replace the room
temperature sensor.
- Replace the
evaporator oil pipe
sensor.
- Drain the water tank.
