Solution
– circuit breaker on.
– reset thermal cut-out .
– clean faucet aerator.
– open shut-off valve completely.
– open flow adjustment screw
– clean filter screen at DHC unit
– reduce water flow, close flow adjustment
screw .
– supply correct voltage to unit.
