8. Button sound
With this function, you can activate or
deactivate the button sound.
The button sound is activated in the factory
setting.
9. Screen Brightness
Brightness: The brightness of the display
(working mode) can be adjusted from 1 to
10. Factory setting is 5.
Standby brightness:
Off: Used to turn the display's backlight-
ing off so that the display is turned off
(becomes dark) in standby mode (the LED
is still active).
On: Used to activate the backlighting in the
display (low lighting) in standby mode (the
LED is still active). Factory setting is On.
10. Language
Lan
This function is used to reset the screen
between different languages. Available lan-
guages are: English, French Canadian. On
the other hand, the service menu is only in
English (see section 10.1).
11. Tools / Key
Under Tools / Key you can lock or unlock
access to the tool menu.
12. Celsius / Fahrenheit
C/F
Change temperature from Celsius to
Fahrenheit.
13. *Load monitor
Amp
This function is used to prevent the 120V
fuses being overloaded. If the total power
consumption of the vehicle, boat or build-
ing exceeds the set value, the boiler's
power will be automatically reduced. On
account of voltage variations and toler-
ances, different setting levels can be
selected (for example, for 20A fuse, one
can choose 18, 20 or 22 Amp setting). If
the fuse does not hold, choose a lower set
value. The function is deactivated in the
factory setting. NOTE! The load monitor
has to be installed for the function to
be used (see the manual for the vehicle,
boat or building).
